Unlike other Metcal stations, temperature on the GT90 is NOT fixed. It is easily adjusted through buttons on the station’s front panel, and has a temperature range of 392 to 842°F. And for maximum versatility, this station can also be paired with the optional GT-HP-T6C handpiece. An adjustable temperature range offers a higher level of flexibility and an overall lower cost of ownership when compared with traditional fixed temperature systems. It is no longer necessary to purchase tips in different temperature ranges for a specific geometry. Now users can simply press a button and make an adjustment.
